Testosterone, Hormones and Sex Drive How To Increase

I will be going over a list of foods to boost your hormone production, and libido.

(1) Testicles (or other glands)

If you have any sort of hormone deficiency, the best way to replenish those hormones is from eating the corresponding organ directly.

So, if you have a liver problem, then eat liver or if you have a brain problem, then eat brain. That’s the closest way to get a bio identical hormone, not taking supplements, which are extracted from plants or in a form that is not natural to your body.

So, if your goal is to increase testosterone, then your best bet is to eat testicles.

Furthermore, this isn’t just for men, eating testicles is a great way for women to increase their hormone production and sex drive as well. Sure, you could eat something like ovaries, but they aren’t very strong, and they are hard to get as well.

It doesn’t necessarily have to be testicles, any gland will work: adrenal, thyroid, etc.

Bioidentical is another misnomer bullshit sales thing. The only way you're gonna get bioidentical is if they take him out of your blood and they give him right back to you, that's the only bio identical. So again, we've got this chemistry bullshit language that's getting you to believe that you're gonna be getting something that's natural to you.

They're taking hormones out of a plant. Do you have hormones? Are they identical to a human? No. It is absolutely preposterous.

If you want something that's closer to humans, you eat glands of an animal, glands of a pig. Pigs and the human are the most alike.

(2) Red meat

Red meat

This first one includes foods like: beef, lamb, goat, bison, veal, venison, etc. I’m sure they all have somewhat different effects, but they are close enough.

Remember that red meat is highly acidic, and it stimulates adrenaline, testosterone, estrogen, all of those physical action hormones.

And if you don't exercise and utilize those in energy, you're going to use them in anxiety. So, anxiety, you're not exercising enough and/or you're eating too much red meat.

Red meat is also high in zinc as vitamin d, both of which are great for testosterone production. Additionally, they are high in protein and saturated fat to increase hormone production.

(3) Oysters

In cases of low sexual hormone production, eating plenty of raw shellfish, like oysters, clams, scallops, and urchin with other raw fats often increases hormone production and sexual appetite.

Oysters have been considered a natural aphrodisiac for hundreds of years and are widely used to increase sex drive and desire.

Most of the shellfish build mercury into their shells. There was a lab test on oysters, clams in a contaminated area from France and some urchins and you could barely find but a trace in the urchin of inorganic mercury and he found lots of it in the shell, so don't eat the shells.

Oysters are an excellent source of zinc and contain a higher amount per serving than any other food.

For example, a 3-ounce (85-gram) serving of raw oyster's packs 33 mg of zinc, which is more than 300% of the recommended Daily Value.

Zinc is essential for male sexual function and fertility. Low levels of this mineral may negatively affect testosterone levels and cause abnormalities in sperm quality.

(4) Eggs

Eggs are very high in cholesterol. One egg contains…

  • Cholesterol 62% DV

  • Fat 5g

  • Protein 6g

This easily digestible fat which digests in 23 - 27 minutes will provide lots of fat, but especially cholesterol to produce hormones, sex hormones and testosterone.

Mix meat with eggs and/or butter

So, anytime you want to make sure that you're generating hormones, you have to eat butter or eggs with meat. Cream doesn't quite do it, except for maybe the pituitary gland or the pineal.

Well for all the other glands, it takes butter or egg with meat to generate hormones.

(5) Butter

Butter is high in fat and cholesterol. One tablespoon contain…

  • 102 calories

  • Fat 12 grams

  • Cholesterol 10%

Butter is the easiest fat to digest, and it makes somewhere around 46 cholesterols, but it leaves out 1/3 of the cholesterols that feed the brain and nervous system.

The butter is two-thirds more important than cream because it gets to the outer regions: the skin, the bones, the lymph and connective tissues and tendons.

Whereas the body, if you feed it only cream, get very lax and very lazy.

This makes butter more important for actual energy and athletic performance because the cream might make you feel relaxed or tired, partially because it’s feeding and healing the nervous system and just makes you relaxed in general, but it’s also harder to digest than butter.

Eating unsulfured non-steamed dates with no-salt-added raw cheese

with an equal quantity of raw fat energizes the thyroid. Eating plenty of alkalizing foods (like tomato) cleanses the thyroid, especially of toxic minerals, including those caused by table salts.

(6) Goat Milk

Goats milk cause excess hormones and adrenaline because the milk actually contains adrenaline precursors. Just look at goats, they are very hyperactive, so it makes sense that those hormones would end up in the milk. And I can totally attest to the validity of that statement.

So, goat milk will boost all your hormones like adrenaline, testosterone and also your sex drive.

(7) Don’t Eat Cucumber Peel

It's like Viagra. Yeah. It's not like Cialis, which will work 36 hours, but it will certainly keep you, like I had last night. I was thirsty and I just didn't want a tomato. I didn't want anything else but a nice cool cucumber. So, I peeled the sucker, and I ate it.

I had an erection all night. I woke every few hours and this Woody was there and nobody to do anything with.

If a man can't get hard very easily, do not use the peel, peel it. If you're having problems with erections, if you have that formula without the pineapple in it, and let's say three to three cups of cucumber, it'll help erection.

Keep erections, unless you keep the peel for some reason, there's an enzyme in it that causes it not to get hardness to the penis. So, don't use the peel if you want to be hard, if you're going to do that. Just peel the cucumber and use that.

(8) Protein In General

Any kind of protein, but specifically meat will cause swelling and increase blood flow.

One of the nutrients that does this is L-Arginine.

The body uses l-arginine to make nitric oxide. This is a molecule that widens and relaxes blood vessels, increasing blood flow to the penis.

One of the others is creatine I would say because of the increased water retention making areas of the body fuller.

Most protein sources are high in essential nutrients for sperm and testosterone production.

Nutrients such as zinc and vitamin d are required for the body to form testosterone. Many foods such as: steak, chicken, and fish are all high in these two nutrients.

Some animal foods high in zinc include…

  • Oysters (100 grams) 555% daily value

  • Raw ground beef (100 grams) 44% daily value

  • Eggs (1 cup, 4.86 eggs) 18% daily value

  • King Crab (100 grams) 54% daily value

  • Lobster (150 grams) 30% daily value

(9) Fat In General

80, 85% of the time, impotency is a matter of not having the raw fats and not having the raw meat. Lots of people in their 40s and 50s, all the way up to 90 years old have gone on this diet., and all of a sudden, my God they're feral again.

And that's mainly the problem, a lack of raw fats and raw proteins. If they won't do that, they're not even forming the hormones to ejaculate anything.

Your hormones are mainly made out of fat and cholesterol, so the best way to increase them is to eat foods high in fat and cholesterol.

  • Butter

  • Steak

  • Eggs

  • Liver

  • Brain

  • Cream

In the end, the first thing you should do is eat meat and fat. Red meat which is high in zinc with either butter or meat fat/bone marrow and even some eggs on the side as well.

If you want to increase it further eat some oysters for the increased zinc or testicles for the hormones and zinc.

Remember, your body will adapt to everything. If you start eating testicles every day your body will adapt to that and it will become less effective. It’s possible it might alter your natural production.
