About wheatgrass?

[Aajonus]

Yes, I did. In the first book. I say that wheatgrass juice, unlike any other vegetable that is green and produces chlorophyl, is acidic in the blood and alkaline in the intestines. And you want just the opposite of that. You want acidity in the digestive tract and alkalinity in the blood.

Your blood always should be on the acid side, but we have so many toxins in our body that the blood has a tendency to get over acidic. That's why I suggest vegetable juices throughout the day to help balance that so nobody gets too irritable or too dry or whichever comes first, the dryness or the irritability.
