That's why I say the weight loss in the book is just for women and men who are paranoid they're not gonna lose the fat. So, I tell them every six months to do the weight and gain loss, then after they do it for a year and a half or so, then they don't worry about not losing it cause they see that they can lose it.

I'd like people to keep the fat on for 2.5 years before they lose it. That way, if you go into a pneumonia or a meningitis, whether it's spinal or cerebral, you'll get through it easily of you have enough fat.

No, you said I can't do that. I'm traveling. I can't do that. I can't eat that way. I'm in rehearsals. You've said that to me many times.

And you also times you couldn't afford it. I've heard that a lot from you over the years, but that doesn't mean you can't do it. You just have to force yourself. You have to deal with nausea. You have to deal with that. You have to force it down, just like I did after the poison mushroom.
