I would keep it down to a tablespoon. If you're an athlete, heavy exercise, 2.

If you're on your feet doing hair all day, two tablespoons you can get away with. If you're a sedentary worker and you don't do much, one tablespoon a day, maybe only 1.5 teaspoons a day, which is half a the tablespoon.
Vinegar can be very altering in your system.
