Running long distances.

[Aajonus]

Again, you want nutrients. Do you remember those who were part of the raw milk issue in 1998, all the way through 2001 that were with me?

[Lewis]

Yes.

[Aajonus]

There was a little 8 year old boy named Walker, he had asthma. So, he was a very sickly, weak little child and he got up there and he said, "I have to have my raw milk, it's the only thing that makes me feel good". He is now the number 2 high school tennis champion, the whole United States. All of the high schools in all of the United States, he's number 2.

[Attendee]

Does he drink water?

[Aajonus]

No. He just drinks a little water, but in the formula. In the sport formula. What you do is you take about 1 cup - 1.5 cups of tomato, 1.5 - 2 cups of cucumber puree. So, you're pureeing the tomato and the cucumber.

You peel the cucumber, always peel the cucumber. That's cellulose, you can't digest and will interfere with digestion. And most of the time it's got some kind of petroleum wax, even if they're organic. If you've grown them yourself, take the peel and juice 'em with your juice and don't throw 'em away that way, but otherwise peel 'em get rid of the peels. You chop up that, blend it all together with...

  • 3 - 4 tablespoons of coconut cream
  • 3 - 4 tablespoons of dairy cream
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon of vinegar
  • 1tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 4 tablespoons of a honey.

I have tennis players who play 5 hours on that one quart of fluid and their competitors are drinking 3 - 4 quarts, a whole gallon of water in that 5 hours.
