Raw Meat To Lose Weight and When To Stop

Is there something in place of it. Even if I do cut back on the milk, which I did already cut back on the milk and it was still happening. Could I eat like eggs or something? 

[Aajonus] 

Well, there's nothing that's going to help you lose weight like the raw meat. Raw meat burns fat. That's why the zone diet works. That's why the weight loss program works for almost everybody, 99% of everybody who on the weight loss program loses weight because it's mostly meat.

And then the milk at night for the nerve protective. 

[Aajonus] 

To calm the body down. 

Well, unless you're talking about somebody who's 6' 5''. Then maybe two cups.

You can use colostrum instead of milk, right? 

[Aajonus] 

Yeah, you can use colostrum instead of milk at night. 

[Kathy] 

I have developed a canker sore on my upper lip. For 5 years it's been irritating me 

[Aajonus] 

So, it's usually when you get to the point where your body doesn't have enough blood fats to handle the metal toxicity, so it starts discharging through the gums.  

[Kathy] 

What do you for that?  

[Aajonus] 

That's usually the time to stop weight loss program, I said in the recipe book, if you start a heavy detox, break the weight loss, go on the normal diet until it ceases, and then restart the weight loss program. 

Sometimes when your body gets down to that level and starts having a strong reaction. That's about all you're going to be able to lose until the next time, so it's time to go back up again.  

I would just cut out butter for four or five days and just have cream in place of butter, but you cause of the can cream, less the acid. 

[Kathy] 

What do I put the cream on? 

[Aajonus] 

You're having it with your lubrication formula if you're having cream instead of butter? 

[Kathy] 

I have the shakes, nervousness. 

[Aajonus] 

Cream helps nervousness.  

[Kathy] 

So, not having the butter in the lube formula? 

[Aajonus] 

You just have cream for four or five days til your canker sore stops. 

I want you to know that I have a couple of bouncers back there for people who are talking.

I just noticed something about the canker sores. The canker sores that I get on this diet don't nearly bother me as much as they used before.
