Not necessarily, if it's naturally carbonated the carbon destroys the bacteria, so you don't have to worry about...
Perrier in the mid-eighties had a problem. They weren't completely rinsing the bottles. So, the benzene and the [unclear] and was staying in there and pensioning people. But everybody rinses their bottles thoroughly.
