[Aajonus]
Miso is full of salt and toxic stuff.
[Attendee]
What about oysters and scallops and stuff like that?
[Aajonus]
The oyster has the ability to store all the poisons, even radioactive materials in the shell. So, I don't mind oysters. Clams, it depends upon the clam and what waters they're in.
[Attendee]
Muscles?
[Aajonus]
Muscles usually are pretty good too.
[Attendee]
And what about scallops?
[Aajonus]
Scallops? I haven't tested scallops, so I don't really know.
[Attendee #2]
What about the liquid in oysters? Is that salt?
[Aajonus]
No, because that's sea water that's already been filtered and a lot of the sodium's been eliminated, but still high in sodium, so you have to be careful. Some people will react to it and some people won't.
[Attendee #2]
I got headaches from them. Really bad headaches from the water of the oyster.
[Aajonus]
Yeah. Some people don't have a problem.
