They don't use nitric oxide anymore? I remember when I was a child I had a tooth pulled out.

Nitric oxide, so many people had heart attacks with it that they're afraid to us it. Some people go into comas from it, so it's more dangerous for the anesthesiologist and the other doctors involved. So they don't like to use it.
