Well, when I did experiments with those, I found that sleeping on the pad for about six weeks is okay, no more than five hours a night.
Otherwise, it starts pulling out too many heavy metals and too many toxins. It causes a high adrenaline and it makes you feel like you have more energy, but it causes massive toxicity in the system.
S,o you're going to use those. You have to use them in small amounts. So small periods of time, if you're putting them on your back for a couple hours.
I slept on them for a couple years.
