When you have it in that formula, the bile that the liver produces is very easy to break that down, cuz the lemon helps predigest it partially.  

And you have all the proteins in the egg white, which helps digest the fat, the butter.  

When you don't have that combination, you have to eat the butter with meat or something like that. 

However, digestion of meat takes 19 - 24 hours.  

Digestion of milk is 6 -10 hours.  

Digestion of a raw egg by itself is only 27 - 30 minutes.
