I want to know about in your eyes, sometimes you have those light flashes that go at night.

[Aajonus]

I don't.

[Attendee]

I do. Okay.

[Aajonus]

You said me! Some people have flashes. Okay.

[Attendee]

What is good for- they do go away when you eat this way, but then another one could come. So, then I had the problem that one was almost gone and another one came on this side.

So what causes that?

[Aajonus]

Metallic minerals detoxing from the brain out the tear ducts and they get sidetracked and get into the eye instead of out the tear ducts.

So, metallic minerals will reflect light. They crystallize, come into a crystal. And then if the light passes into the eye just in the right way or the right fashion and it catches the facet, then it will reflect. The light has to hit it perfectly to do that.

[Attendee]

So, what's the remedy?

[Aajonus]

Vinegar helps break that down the best.

[Attendee]

Can I put it in my green juice?

[Aajonus]

You can have vinegar in your green juice to do it.

[Attendee]

What's another way?

[Aajonus]

There's no other way. I mean, there are other ways, but they'll cause harm, salt can do it, but then salt causes dehydration and damage. It fractionate nutrients that the the cells eat as well as any kind of crystal build up.

So vinegar's vinegars, not the only thing that will do it. I mean, beet juice, but all these other things. Red beet, not the white beet, but the red beet; can help fractionate those clusters.
