All women should be 27 - 30% body fat.


How do you know what your body fat is?


There are different ways to tell. The absolute perfect way is you immerse yourself in a swimming pool that has a certain electromagnetic field that reads it.

Within 1% - 2%, there are scales. You put your weight and your height and then you get up on it and it has a way of measuring your body fat.


It has nothing to do with weight, how much you weigh?


Well, it figures it out. It's a calculus formula, but I'm not gonna go into that.
