Is their anything you can tell osmeone who eats cooked food who is really skinny who won't eat raw food to put on more weight?

Get him to eat at least some raw butter/raw cream, might help.

I was talking to my mom and my grandma, we just had an aunt of mine die who was in perfect health and my aunt is about to turn 100 in a few days. Their whole lives they grew up on sour milk, raw culutred vegetables.

Lot's of bacteria, those cultured foods produce lots of bacteria. The bacteria in their eating up the garbage, that's what you want.
