[Attendee]

I haven't been doing the water bottles because I've been doing the baths.

[Aajonus]

You can get 5 - 7 hot water bottles, you could three layers of beach towels underneath you for the sweat and get a down comforter to go over you and then maybe a silk one right against you and then you have 5 - 7 hot water bottles?

4 -5 hours of heating like that, but I would say wear cotton long johns so you can absorb the poisons in there so they don't stay on the skin.

[Attendee]

Yeah. Also, this guy said if you put sesame oil on your body, it also draws out toxins.

[Aajonus]

If it were pure raw, it would be okay, but it still smothers the skin.

Because it's only fat soluble oil, it's not water soluble.

Bone leg discomfort when the legs are like really aching. I remember you saying that you can take certain things to dry it because you were talking about dryness in the body and it wasn't too clear.

So, I'm asking, with my condition, the pain is caused from the stiffness, the drying, the heavy metals. How do I?

[Aajonus]

All of them can cause it. Any one of those can cause that pain.

[Attendee]

Okay, so then, um..

[Aajonus]

You just have to know whether it's in joints or it's in the muscles or it's in the connective tissues.

Alright, so we've got joints, muscles, connective tissue.

[Attendee]

What's the formula?

[Aajonus]

Well, if it's in the muscles, you can take pineapple or banana. Banana and butter, pineapple and butter.

[Attendee]

What's the proportion?

[Aajonus]

That you'll have to experiment and see.

[Attendee]

Start off with how much?

[Aajonus]

If you're having banana it has to be medium ripe. Not real green, not too green, not alcoholic. I have about 3.5" of banana and you could have a tablespoon of cheese and tablespoon of butter.

[Attendee]

With the pineapple?

[Aajonus]

No, with the banana.

And with the pineapple, I would make it tablespoons of cheese and one tablespoon of butter.
