I think the last time you said that you didn't like flax seed or something like? You put it through a grinder it tears up the inside?

Does it make any difference if you soak it a while before you even-?

[Aajonus]

No. Any seed, all seeds except for chia seeds and poppy seeds when you break them, they're very sharp. They're very sharp dry, they're like glass like paper- you know paper cuts.

So when you eat flaxseed, ground, flaxseed, or bran, flax bran it will cut your intestines if your mucus lining isn't very very thick.

[Attendee]

I mean, So what?

[Aajonus]

Eat chia seeds if you have a bowel problem, constipation problem and you don't want to eat the fecal matter. Then take chia seeds, take about 2 ounces of chia seeds.

Put them in an 8 Oz Jelly jar, add 6 ounces of water, let it soak for 24 hours or five ounces of water, let it soak for 24 hours and the water will turn into a gel.

Mix that with the lubrication formula, a full lubrication formula, moisturizing formula for you ladies.

And mix it together and eat it like a cereal and you'll have good bowel movements.

From the bulk, but if you want to really remedy, you know the problem which is low bacteria in the colon, then you need to eat fecal matter and high meat.

[Attendee]

Well, that doesn't, you know., the flax seed is high in omega-3 fatty acids.

[Aajonus]

That's not a good source to get it, that's just the sales pitch. Yeah, you can eat coconut cream.

Any raw fish is very high in omegas and you don't need when you're on a raw diet.

When you're on a raw diet you need very little Omega.

Very, very little Omega 6.

[Attendee #2]

What about oysters?

[Aajonus]

Any seafood is high in Omegas, including oyster and clam.
