[Attendee]

I want to get these two teeth done because this plastic flipper is really driving me crazy right now. It's been probably a year and a half, two years wearing this thing.

So, I should get porcelain with gold? How do they do that?

[Aajonus]

Well, you could have a plastic platform.

[Attendee]

That's what I have now is the plastic flapper thing, but I wanna have the teeth in there and that means he's gonna like have the patch with these two teeth.

[Aajonus]

Well, I have mine porcelain.

[Attendee]

You have porcelain?

[Aajonus]

Yeah. Not this one.

This tooth right here, you see it's gone through crooked.

That's the way it was when I was a child before I had braces and while I was chewing on the chicken bone about four months ago, the tooth went just crooked, just like it was, in an instant. Cuz it was in solid bone, it doesn't move, yet the whole bone and everything shifted with it.

It was weirdest thing. It was like the twilight zone. It was just, we crooked just like that. It was solid in there. This one's a porcelain.

[Attendee]

So, there's no metal to strengthen it at all?

[Aajonus]

No, it's just porcelain.

[Attendee]

Do you think that's all I need for the front?

[Aajonus]

Yeah.

[Attendee]

Because it's 4 teeth altogether. The two are total fake and then they tear down these two side ones for support, unfortunately.

[Aajonus]

But that's to make a bridge.

[Attendee]

To make like a bridge thing. Yeah.

[Aajonus]

No, flapper is better.

[Attendee]

What I have now.

[Aajonus]

Yeah, right.

[Attendee]

But it causes a lisp.

[Aajonus]

Mine does too.

[Attendee]

It's really a pain in the ass, I'm tired of it.

[Aajonus]

You hear your lisp more than I do. I hear my lisp more than other people do.

[Attendee]

If I'm eating something in particular, the whole thing will come out very easily.

[Aajonus]

Or get underneath it.

[Attendee]

Yeah, that happens very easily.

[Aajonus]

All the time.

[Attendee]

When I'm home, I just take mine out.

[Aajonus]

Well, that's what I try to do too, because it gets irritating eating all the time with this in.

[Attendee]

And you just do it because if you're around everybody else, you don't wanna like go, "Oh yeah, hi!", you know?

[Aajonus]

Yeah. Well if you have those other teeth ground down, you're taking those teeth and you damage those teeth, so they're not gonna last as long as they were, probably half their life.

Because once you've grinded them down to the point where you can cement a whole bridge of teeth, you've damaged them all the way down to the tubules, which are soft. You put the epoxy over the tubules, that leaks all the way into the nerves and those teeth will die much sooner.

It's not a good idea. It's maybe more convenient or inconvenient. It's easier to deal with the inconvenience of having a flapper. You have to decide what it's worth to you.

[Kathy]

Can you drink coconut water in the bathtub?

[Aajonus]

Yeah, you can sip on it, but again, water is water.

[Kathy]

You have the coconut water. What are you gonna do with it? What else do you do?

[Aajonus]

Mix it with milk and cream and cheese. Something to remineralize, water is just a negative substance, even if it's from coconut water.
