Exercise, Anxiety






What about exercising? I do dance class, and yoga.


That's great. You do any exercise you need. You have a tendency toward anxiety, anybody who has a tendency toward anxiety needs to exercise.


Yeah, that's what I have to do.


And if you're like me, you don't build any of those hormones. You can just sit at a computer all day and not do a thing. My exercising is this.
