[Attendee]

Going back to detoxification. I recently had a sort of detox crisis with high fever and throbbing headache. Lasted only a day and a half, kind of what James was going through, but not so bad. What can we do? All I craved was the juice. Can we do anything to alleviate? Should we just drink?

[Aajonus]

Well, you just want to go through it to minimize, to mitigate the suffering. I have the, pain formula with cheese. I gave that, but there's a lot of people here who don't have the most recent pain formula, it isn't in the books. I'm gonna give it again. It works in 20 minutes.

  • 2 eggs

  • 4 - 4 ounces of raw cream

  • 5 tablespoons of B pollen

  • 1 tablespoon lemon/lime juice

  • 1 teaspoon honey

  • eat it with cheese

[Attendee #2]

Can you grind up your B pollen?

[Aajonus]

It's all blended together.

[Attendee]

And the eggs can be blended with that?

[Aajonus]

All of it's blended together. This is all blended together. The 1 tablespoon of either lemon or lime juice one or what'd you say it's lying honey, better than lemon lime juice. It depends on what you're using, but here, no difference for this.

And you eat it with cheese. So, I used to say a sugar cube size amount for every ounce of that pain formula, but I've increased it because I found that after my meningitis, I found it worked a little bit better to have more. So, it's two sugar cube size ounces of cheese, especially cheddar works a little bit better.

[Attendee #2]

This is raw cheese, right?

[Aajonus]

Yes, raw no salt cheese.

[Attendee]

For every ounce?

[Aajonus]

Yeah. Two sugar cube size amounts for every ounce. As you're drinking that, you eat the cheese.

[Attendee]

But you're making 3 - 4 ounces of raw cream. So, are you drinking the whole thing at one time?

[Aajonus]

No, no, no, no. You blend all of that. You've got two eggs. You've got three to four ounces of cream. Got that whole mixture. You can take all day to drink that because that's gonna be about 10 to 12 ounces when you're finished blending it. So, you take it as you need it. 3 ounces at a time if you like. 4 ounces the first time, 2 ounces, every 5 hours as you need it for pain?

[Kathy]

2 ounces every hour?

[Aajonus]

When I had my meningitis, it was so bad I couldn't stand up. I couldn't walk. I was crawling again on my elbows on the floor. I drank about 6 ounces of it the first time I had it with probably about a quarter of a brick of cheese, and then about four hours later, I had the same amount. And then 6 hours later, I had the same amount again until I stabilized.

[Attendee #3]

I just wanna say that I had terrible menstrual all my life. I've gone to every doctor; I've been on every pill. I mean, as far as Vicodin, Demerol because my pain was so bad, I could not walk across a room and this is the first time ever that anything worked for me. I took it one time. I usually have 3 hard days of cramps on the second day it was so horrible, I took it one time. Got rid of it for the entire time.

[Kathy]

You drank the 3 ounces?

[Attendee #3]

I just drank it.

[Attendees]

*Laughs*

[Attendee #3]

Not only did it never come back the rest of the five days. It was gone for the whole entire period, I only took it one time, and Demerol wouldn't even take away my pain.

[Attendee #3]

That is great news, I'm in constant pain with my accident, hip and shoulder.

[Aajonus]

But let me tell you, spinal meningitis. Anybody been through spinal meningitis? It's like taking her cramps in her period and making it 24 hours a day, all along the back, the shoulders and the legs and the legs ache terribly.

After one of those in about a 6-hour period, I had no pain except when I was standing up or trying to move in a way that pulled at those muscles that were already torn from my back.

[Attendee]

On the bee pollen, it says to be very careful or start slowly and stuff like that. We don't have to pay attention to that?

[Aajonus]

If your bee pollen is heated, yes. If it's soft bee pollen, it's fresh and it's not cooked.

[Attendee #3]

My bee pollen is hard.

[Aajonus]

Your hard bee pollen is not good. Dehydrate.

[Attendee #3]

I put in the coffee grinder and grind it up.

[Aajonus]

No, it's bad bee pollen, it's heated and kiln dried bee pollen. You need to get a soft bee pollen. You have to find it refrigerated. Even some of the refrigerated, it'll have been kiln dried.

You have to take the package, and make sure it crumbles easily.

[Attendee #2]

Aajonus, the stuff from the farmer's market isn't in the fridge. I've never put it in the fridge, are we supposed to?

[Aajonus]

Yeah, you're supposed to refrigerate it.

Don't put it in the freezer, put it in the fridge.

[Attendee #4]

Why?

[Aajonus]

Because it will destroy some of the activity if it's frozen.

[Attendee #4]

No. Why do we have to put the fridge?

[Aajonus]

Because it will destabilize. It will dry out and then protein won't be utilized.

[Attendee #2]

So, you said one cube of that cheddar cheese for every-

[Aajonus]

Two sugar cube sized per ounce.

[Attendee #2]

Every ounce of the liquid?

[Aajonus]

Correct.

[Attendee #3]

Can you just blend the cheese with it or do you have to eat it?

[Aajonus]

If you do, you have to blend it a long time and the EMFs may change it and damage it. It was, I've tired that, it just doesn't work as well on some people.

So, if it affects any more than two people, I say don't do that.

[Attendee #2]

What do you just ask?

[Attendee #3]

To blend the cheese or not.

[Aajonus]

And it makes it very heavy and tastes like kind of an odd cheesecake that isn't delectable. Chewing them together seems to be okay, but blending it together into a hard substance like that.
