[Attendee]

I have cold hands and feet all the time for many years.

[Aajonus]

Severe mineral deficiency. For about four or four days eat about a pound of cheese a day with about a half a cup of honey. Half a cup of honey with a pound of cheese half a pound of cheese.

You mash 'em together. You do that 3, 4 days in a row. You can have it throughout the day. You don't have to have it all at one time.

[Attendee #2]

You're gonna have eight ounces throughout the day with the half a cup of honey and that's for minerals.

[Attendee #3]

I have cold feet too, especially at night. I wear sock on most days. So, I need to do the same thing too?

[Aajonus]

Yeah.

[Attendee]

And that solved the problem for a long time?

[Aajonus]

It solved it for three or four weeks.

[Attendee #2]

To do that formula three to four days in a row?

[Aajonus]

Yeah.

If that happens to me. I only have to eat it one day, but I used to have 2, 3,4 days, usually three days, then it went down to two days. Now it's one day.

[Attendee #2]

What happens if the the cheese is salted?

[Aajonus]

Salted, won't work.
