The thing is I wanna ask you is about coconut oil, if you take a tablespoon of coconut oil a day with your meat meal and the lube formula, or what do you say on the coconut oil? I bought it from Erwan, raw coconut oil.

It depends on how coconut oil is made. If it's truly from fermentation, it's a good oil.

It has to say ferment on the jar?

That's the only way coconut oil can be truly cold pressed below 96°.

I know they're not. They have the centrifugal spinning and that gets too hot, also oxidizes.

Good- is swishing some kind of fluid around in your mouth and allowing the chemicals that come from your brain to dump out your gums to dump in all at one time and then you expectorate it.

How can I find fermented coconut oil?

Well, use olive oil if you don't like that. Use coconut cream.
[Kathy]
I do have it in my fruit meal.

Okay. Well use the coconut cream, it's cheaper.

The coconut oil I could do for the swishing in the mouth, okay.

Yeah, but you can also use coconut cream for swishing in the mouth.

But you said coconut oil at one time was better than using coconut cream when Fred asked you, I have a tape on that.

Yep. Well, that's what I believed at that time, but it came out- my laboratory tests didn't show that it was any better.
