Calcium in water will just magnetize toxic calcium out like cheese does. But it'll also take a lot of the things out. If you're exercising, it's fine. Like I said, I don't like when people drink water, unless they exercise. Some people if they've been on the diet a long time, and they're not exercising, they don't need water.
Drink milk eat tomatoes, the more vegetable juice.
But no matter what kind of minerals it's concentrated in, they'll all turn out white once the water's evaporated. Doesn't matter what kind of minerals it is.
Because it's basically distilled water, and it's very hungry water. Rain waters is distilled water. And when that hits the ground, it starts dissolving the earth. That's how plant eat.
