Well I perspire very little, is that good, bad or indifferent?

That's bad. 90% of your toxins leave through the skin that's why I say take hot baths. If you don't perspire, take a 35 - 40 minute bath a day. Hot bath, 105°, perspire it out.

Does doesn't that dry your skin out?

Not if you're eating the fats.

Are you having your bath too late?
That's why I say in the book, best to have it midday, or at least morning, if you have it in the evening and you start detoxing, you'll disturb your sleep, could disturb your sleep. It happens maybe 20/100, it disturbs your sleep.
