Aajonus Makes His Ice Cream From Kefir

Well eggs you can't refrigerate anyway.

That's right.

But yogurt or kefir, that's okay cold?

[Aajonus]

Yeah, once it's kefir it's already predigested.

[Fred]

And milk's the only thing that you can't drink cold. Anything else you can have cold? Just milk you gotta make sure it's warm.

[Aajonus]

I even make my ice cream out of kefir, I don't use milk. And it tastes so much better. I made a orange rum ice cream last night.

[Kathy]

How do you get the rum?

[Aajonus]

You have to make a raw bitter chocolate and I had the recipe that I made the cheesecake with, you make the chocolate that way. You just have to let it sit for about two months until it ferments, and it creates a rum in it, and it's not too strong. And you only use like a tablespoon per quart of mixture for the ice cream and I used two oranges, kefir, cream and honey, and just a tablespoon of the chocolate. Heaping tablespoon of the chocolate, this chocolate was incredible.

Which chocolate?

[Aajonus]

The chocolate that I make.

[Kathy]

You buy it from James?

[Aajonus]

You buy the Cocoa beans from James. To make the chocolate, it's a long process.

[Kathy]

Do you have it in your book?

[Aajonus]

I don't have it in the book. There's a website that's going up and I've already contracted, so I can't give out that recipe normally to people because that kind of new stuff, and information's gonna be on that website. Will be a biweekly or a monthly newsletter where I'm gonna be giving out information like I do here.

I'll take a particular subject and go through it, you'll be able to go online and search all the information that is not even in my books that I make available, the books will be able to be searchable, you'll be able to buy the books in PDF format, so you can search them yourself if you have Acrobat reader.

So, there's gonna be many benefits to that. So, you can have your hard copy and you can have your digital copy. If you want to search something quickly, that's the way to do it.
