I ate Carrefour supermarkets when I was in Paris for 3.5 years and that was that maw cow meat. I don't have a problem.

And I started eating that in 1993 - 1996 and they said it's a 10 - 15-year incubation period. Y 

ou have to eat the brain and nervous system to have that kind of toxicity from mad cow, so you eat the muscle meat and you'll be pretty assured of being okay.
